Introduction to Sound Therapy and Somatic Healing

ONLINE COURSE - PRESENTED BY MOIRA LO BIANCO

This comprehensive online course provides an integrative foundation in both sound therapy and somatic healing practices. Designed to enhance mind-body awareness, facilitate nervous system regulation, and promote holistic well-being, the curriculum combines evidence-based approaches from the disciplines of sound therapy and somatic healing to foster embodied presence, emotional resilience, and physical balance.

The course is specifically designed to be experiential, blending theoretical knowledge with guided practices that allow participants to learn through direct engagement. Each module includes hands-on exercises, reflective prompts, and movement-based activities to support integration and application.

The tools provided in this course are intended for ongoing personal practice and can be adapted for diverse settings, including wellness, clinical, or educational environments.

To support the learning process, the Sound Therapy Manual—a comprehensive, research-informed resource—is included as a reference throughout the course.

The course is eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credits through Yoga Alliance.
